If anything here is unclear, ask us using the contact details in Section 15.

If you become a client. Your business details, the account access and content you share so we can do the work, and your billing contact details. Payments are processed by Stripe (see Section 3). We don’t store your full card number.
2. Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, these tools collect information about your visit:
- HighLevel (LeadConnector). Our Site and forms run on HighLevel, which stores form submissions in our HighLevel account (our customer database) and sets a cookie to connect your visits to a form you submit.
- Cloudflare. Delivers the Site and protects it from attacks and bots, including a bot check (Cloudflare Turnstile) on forms.
- Embedded content. Some pages show our reviews through a Trustindex widget, load images from Dropbox and fonts from Google Fonts, and play YouTube videos when you click them. These services may receive your IP address and set their own cookies under their own privacy policies.
We don’t use advertising pixels or advertising cookies (such as the Meta pixel) on the Site. If we add any, we will update this policy first.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- reply to you, give you a quote or free consultation, and do the work you hire us for;
- call, email or text you about your inquiry or account (texts are covered in Section 6);
- notify our team when you submit a form;
- bill you and keep business, tax and accounting records;
- understand how the Site is used and improve it;
- keep the Site, forms and our systems secure and stop spam and fraud; and
- comply with the law and enforce our Terms of Service.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.
We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, and only as they need it to do that work:
- HighLevel (LeadConnector): website, forms, customer database, email and texting;
- Stripe: payment processing for automatic monthly billing;
- Google: Fonts;
- Cloudflare: Site delivery and security;
- Trustindex, Dropbox and YouTube: reviews widget, hosted images and videos on some pages; and
- professionals who advise us, such as our accountant or attorney.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to respond to a valid legal request, to protect our rights or someone’s safety, or to a buyer or successor if Mindsaw is sold or merged, under the terms of this policy.
5. Information we handle for our clients
When we run websites, forms, tracking numbers and ads for a client, we collect information about that client’s own customers (for example the name and number of someone who calls a plumber’s tracking line). We handle that information on the client’s behalf and only to provide our services to that client. The client’s own privacy policy governs it, and questions or requests about it should go to that business. We will help our clients respond to those requests.
6. Text messages (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, Mindsaw may text you about your inquiry, appointments and account. We send texts rarely.
- Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them. We’ll send one message confirming you’re unsubscribed, and then stop.
- Reply HELP for help, or call (718) 227-2300 or email hello@mindsaw.com.
- We will not send marketing texts unless you have given us your prior express written consent, as the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act and the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act (Fla. Stat. 501.059) require. We send marketing texts only between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. in your local time, and no more than 3 on the same subject in any 24 hours.
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that help us send the messages (such as HighLevel and its carrier partners).
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Cookies and your choices
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. The Site uses:
| Cookie | Set by | What it does | How long it lasts |
|---|---|---|---|
msgsndr_id |
HighLevel | Connects your visits to a form you submit | Set by HighLevel |
__cf_bm |
Cloudflare | Bot protection and security | About 30 minutes |
| various | Dropbox, YouTube, Trustindex | Load embedded images, videos and reviews | Set by each provider |
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The Site still works without them, though some features, such as the bot check on forms, may not. Because we don’t sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising, we don’t change how the Site works in response to “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signals.
8. Emails
If we send you marketing emails, each one will identify Mindsaw, include our mailing address, and include an unsubscribe link, as the federal CAN-SPAM Act requires. We will honor your unsubscribe request within 10 business days. We will still send emails you need about your account, billing or a project, even after you unsubscribe from marketing.
9. How long we keep information
We keep inquiry and client records for about 1 year after our last contact with you or the end of your plan, whichever is later, and then delete them. We keep billing, tax and accounting records longer when the law requires it. Stripe keeps payment records under its own policy.
10. How we protect information
We use established providers, limit access to people who need it, protect our accounts with strong passwords and two-factor authentication where available, and encrypt the Site’s connections. No website or system is completely secure, so we can’t promise absolute security. If a data breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as the Florida Information Protection Act (Fla. Stat. 501.171) and other applicable laws require, generally within 30 days.
11. Your choices and requests
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we have about you, correct it, or delete it. Email hello@mindsaw.com or call (718) 227-2300. We’ll verify your identity and respond within 45 days. We may keep information the law requires us to keep, or that we need to finish a transaction or resolve a dispute.
To stop marketing emails, use the unsubscribe link. To stop texts, reply STOP.
12. State privacy laws, including Florida’s Digital Bill of Rights
Florida’s Digital Bill of Rights (Fla. Stat. 501.701 to 501.722) applies only to very large businesses, generally those with more than $1 billion in annual worldwide revenue that also meet other tests. Mindsaw is well below those thresholds, so the law does not apply to us. The comprehensive privacy laws of other states also apply only to businesses above revenue or data-volume thresholds that Mindsaw does not meet. We still honor the requests in Section 11 from anyone, wherever they live, and we do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.
13. Children
The Site and our services are for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
14. Links to other sites and changes to this policy
The Site links to other sites, such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Google. Their own privacy policies apply when you use them.
If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version here and update the “Last updated” date. If a change materially affects how we use information we already have, we’ll tell current clients by email before it takes effect.
