Pricing questions
Is there a contract or a minimum term?
No. Every plan is month-to-month · cancel anytime. There's no penalty for cancelling, and that includes your first 90 days.
How does billing work?
Stripe bills your card automatically once a month. You pay the flat monthly price for your plan: $997 for Get Found, $2,497 for Get Leads, or $4,497 for Get Booked.
Do you give refunds?
No. We don't give refunds. If you cancel, you won't be billed for the next month.
Who owns my website?
You do. Your website belongs to your business, not to Mindsaw.
Who will I work with?
Every client gets a Project Manager or SEO Specialist. That's the person you call or email when you have a question.
What is Fast Start?
Fast Start is an optional one-time fee that speeds up your launch: $497 on Get Found, $997 on Get Leads, or $1,497 on Get Booked. We take only 4 Fast Start clients a month, shared across all three plans. "Launched" means the day we upload your website. With Fast Start, your website goes live in about 5 business days. It doesn't promise calls or leads in those first days.
Does Fast Start change the 90-Day Lead Guarantee?
No. Fast Start doesn't start or shorten the 90-day guarantee clock.
